Aims of the Course  

This workshop is an introduction to mindfulness and how to apply this in your daily life to reduce stress, help manage your feelings and improve decision making. You will learn about breathing and short meditations, and mindful exercises you can practice yourself.

  • Feel more relaxed through the practice of mindful meditation and other mindful exercises. 

  • Know more about how our minds can hold us back though thinking habits 

  • Practise mindful activities which help you feel calm and confident when making decisions 

    About the Course 
    Mindfulness for Daily Life Course allows you to understand more about what mindfulness means in practice.  
    ‘Mindfulness for Daily Life’ is not therapy and you don’t need any previous experience, equipment or special clothes. You will be introduced to mindful activities you can practice yourself at home. 
    It is advisable to bring a bottle of drinking water with you.
